Replace left side garage door spring, cables, and sensors
Remove wall hangers/hooks and repair all drywall damage on walls and ceilings prior to paint
Replace the non-working light bulbs and ensure all light fixtures work properly
Replace the kitchen sink hand sprayer
Secure the dishwasher’s loose upper mounting bracket to the countertop
Replace the missing left-front oven burner control knob with the correct compatible part
Repair leak at guest bath tub and repair ceiling
Adjust or repair the laundry-room door knob and latch so the door closes and latches properly
Replace the damaged blinds in bed 3, bed 4, and bonus room
Repair primary bath pop up stopper in vanity sink
Tighten loose toilet handle in primary bath
Rebuild shower valve in primary bath due to restricted flow rate
Replace faucet in upstairs guest bath sink
Replace water shut off under upstairs guest bath sink
Tighten loose bathroom hardware
Replace toilet seats in both guest baths
Replace missing door stops throughout
Remove bidet from primary water closet and replace with standard shut off and toilet seat
Repair tub spout diverter in upstairs guest bath that is currently locked to divert water to the shower
Install 2 ceiling mounted hardwired smoke detectors
Replace knob on pantry door that doesn't engage when turned. I took door off of the hinges while onsite to ensure there were no major issues inside pantry
Clean return filter grilles
Remove wasps nest from rear patio door
Install missing storm door at rear patio entry. We will attempt to match the fixed panel door
Repair upper hydraulic arm on front entry storm door
Attempt to repair scrolled mailbox bracket
Touch up paint required. A large portion of the home requires paint, but some ceilings/trim could be left as is
Remove large amount of trash and personal items from home
Repair loose newel post at upstairs landing. This will require carpet removal
