Repair primary bathroom and guest bath toilets - flange issues/loose at floor. Will require toilet to be lifted and reset
Repair primary bath, bed1and bed1 bathroom doors to close properly
Replace shower head in bed1 bathroom
Install new drip pans. GE. 8866
Replace any missing or damaged quarter round in downstairs area. Will not be able to match exactly will have to get quarter round and stain to match 3 8ft sticks
Replace floor transition at laundry
Repair hole in drywall at laundry
Clean out dryer vent
Paint front door
