Repair leaking window at rear of home. Repair will require vinyl siding removal/reinstallation, proper flashing, and new trim on the interior
Replace front entry door that can be opened without a key due to being kicked in previously. The existing repair allows the door to close and latch but I was able to enter the home with the deadbolt and knob locked with little effort. Cost includes new prehung door, new door knob/deadbolt, and keying to match all locks
